Elite

Built by elite, for elite

Refbook was founded by elite officials who understand the application and administration of modern officiating. The platform’s powerful features allow assignors and operations to take control of the officiating department. From advanced assigning methods, to unique analytics, to detailed financial reporting, Refbook is a true partner.

Key features for elite sports

Detailed Mode

Access the special detailed mode portal to see real-time statistics during assigning. See each official’s history against the specific fixture including season game counts, team and venue frequencies, and the projected cost of road travel. Override user-set availability if you really need to them to work.

Resources

Keep your crew informed with officiating resources and material libraries. Embed YouTube and Vimeo videos, upload files from your computer, or serve relevant web links for quick-access. Set the resource’s accessibility at competition/panel level to control the distribution.

Travel payments

Turn on the travel module to bring travel administration into Refbook. Establish travel reimbursement method and rates, then allow officials to claim for travel allowances. Approve, reject and split travel payment claims before they are sent for finance processing.

Panel Members

Tailor each official’s assign-ability to facilitate pathway development, high-performance squads and tiered appointments. Create unlimited custom Panel Groups with eligibility and restrictions to selected game assignments, then tweak individual members to accommodate special needs or opportunities.

Travel logistics

Allow officials to request single and multi-stop travel requirements for flights, car hire and accommodation. Approve and decline the workflow for complete visibility on expense forecasting, while streamling the process for travel organiser processing. Complete the process by uploading finished itineraries for officials.

Forms & Match Reports

Make use of a flexible inbuilt form builder for elite data capture applications. Ideas include venue inspections, MVP voting, performance self-assessments, observer/educator feedback, and crew evaluations. Specify each form’s application to control visibility to selected parts of each officiating crew.
